MuralUploads is an independent community project and is not operated by or affiliated with any city, arts district, mural owner, artist, property owner, or government agency.
Use of the site
By using MuralUploads you agree to follow the Community Guidelines and User Policy, submit only lawful photographs of public-facing murals or public wall art, and understand that approved images and AI-assisted descriptions become publicly visible historical records.
This platform does not provide official city records, emergency service, legal advice, artist attribution verification, ownership verification, or permission to access private property.
User-generated content
Records, flags, removal requests, and related content may be submitted by community members. MuralUploads does not guarantee that user-submitted content or AI-assisted text is accurate, complete, current, lawful, respectful, or free from misleading information.
No warranties or liability
The service is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, MuralUploads, its operators, administrators, contributors, service providers, and related businesses are not responsible for damages, losses, disputes, decisions, claims, injuries, or consequences arising from use of the site, reliance on site content, inaccurate or misleading posts, map locations, delayed moderation, unavailable service, email delivery issues, AI-generated content, or user-submitted content.
Moderation
MuralUploads may hide, remove, preserve, or restrict content and accounts at its discretion for privacy, safety, legal, operational, respect, or community reasons. Removal requests are reviewed, but removal is not guaranteed.
